About facility : Number of beds: 13- 8 NICU beds (private rooms) – additional beds in open bay overflow. RN Ratio: 1:1-3. Epic experience required. Floating: MB, possibly peds or any other adult floor if needed (helping hands if outside their scope) 3+ years in NICU (some level II or III experience is mandatory, preferably 3+ yrs of level II/III) . BLS, NRP Required . PALS and STABLE required prior to start.
