- Day Shift – 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 LVN, 2 PCT, 1 admin PCT (when all beds filled)
- Night Shift – 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 LVN, 2 PCT (when all beds filled)
- Patient Ratios – 1:4 or 1:5
