Shift: Variable Days / 6a-4:30p/7a-5:30p/7:30a-6p, 10x4, 40 hours per week, M-F

Length: 12 weeks

With some weekday (1 night per week) and weekend (1 weekend every 5 weeks) call shifts included

Call Required - They take call 1 weeknight a week (5:30 pm – 6:00 am) and 06:00 am Sat through 06:00 am Monday once every 4-6 weeks. In a 13 week contract they will have 2-3 Sat-Mon combo. Every Third Weekend Coverage, Will work holidays as needed

Requirements:

• IL License
• 1 year minimum experience
• BCLS
• ACLS
• PALS preferred
• PACU experience highly preferred

• Avg. Daily Census 15
• Staffing Ratios Days 1:3-5
• Special Procedures/Unit Details: 15 ambulatory surgery bays to pre-op patients, 10 PACU bays for post-op, PICC lines, Blood patches, Regional blocks with anesthesia
• Special Equipment: portable Hoyer lift, Accuview vein finder, Hover Mat/Jack
