- 2 years as an RN 1 year of unit experience.
- Contract is for 13 weeks.
- This is a fast paced floor.

Job Requirements
- Shifts & Scheduling: 0630-1900, 1830-0700
- Weekend Requirements: Every third with cyclic rotation
- Holiday Requirements: Every third
- No on-call or standby requirement
Schedule Information
- Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Adults and geriatrics, Cardiac, nephrology, strokes, DM, continuous EEG monitoring
- Are RNs required to titrate drips? - Yes
- Common titratable &/or set rate drips: Cardizem, betablockers, seizure medications
- Is there a Charge Nurse on each shift? Does the charge nurse take an assignment? - Charge Nurse
- Are there nurse aids/patient care techs on this unit? Ratios? Duties?
- How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation? - First week is onboarding and then 1-2 days of orientation on the floor
