- Position: CDU (Clinical Decision "Observation" Unit) RN
- Start Date: ASAP (Tuesdays)
- Shift: 3 or 4x12HR options available
- Length: Willing to offer 13 or 26 week contracts
- Years of Experience Required: 2 years
- Ratios: 1:5 (D) 1:6 (NOC)
- Weekend Coverage: Every other
- Unit Average Daily Census: 40
- Patient info: Observation, general medical, post-op PCI, post-op general and gynecological surgery, short-stay inpatient and/or extended outpatient stay, GI bleed, SBO, ESRD, CHF, COPD, chronic bi-pap/C-pap, stable CIWA.
- Limited isolation patients, no chemo, no peritoneal dialysis, no acute bi-pap, no hemodynamically unstable pre-op, no post-op requiring stepdown level of care.
- Type of Facility: Short Term Acute Care
- Total Staffed Beds: 325
- Charting: EPIC
- **Please note: Local travelers with permanent residence within 50 miles of the facility will not be eligible for a travel contract**
- Floating is required. Travelers regularly float between various like units, within skill set!
