Job Requirements
- Day Shift – 6 nurses, 1 aide per shift
- Night Shift – 6 nurses, 1 aide per shift
- Rotating weekends

- Unit Information: IVCU – Interventional Care Unit
- Number of Beds – 18
- Number of Staff – 6 nurses, 1 aide per shift
- Patient Ratios – typically 3 patients to 1 nurse. May see 4 patients to 1 nurse
- Type of equipment – telemetry monitor, Doppler, cardiac monitors, a-lines, TR bands, sheaths
- EMR – Meditech
- List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Cardiac cath lab interventions, vascular surgery, 1 or 2 day post-op open heart, STEMI, stroke
- Floating Area(s): IMCU, PCNT, Med-Surg
Unit Specific Information
- Hiring Profile

- Cardiac nurse experience
- Preferred or nice to have: PCCN
- Pre and post nursing care for vascular surgery, cardiac surgery, cath lab
