JOB DETAILS:
Patient care: Administers patient care under a physician's direction, and provides clinical nursing care that meets healthcare organization and nursing standards
Patient monitoring: Monitors and manages patients with complex medical conditions, including cardiac, respiratory, and post-surgical cases
Medication administration: Administers medications to patients
Assessments: Performs assessments on patients
Collaboration: Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams
Documentation: Documents all nursing care, changes in condition, response to therapy, treatments, procedures, and referrals on patient records
REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP:
Phlebotomy skills are required
Step down status patients are 1:3 ratio. We have CNA's on this unit.
