Certification Details
- Candidates with an AZ home address on their driver's license will not be considered - please include a copy in submission.

Job Details
- 24 months minimum of current PCU experience - REQUIRED.
- No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED.
- Travel experience - Preferred.
Job Requirements
- All RTO should be listed on the cover page, must be less than 7 days.
