- Patient Ratios - 1 RN to 4 patients
- Number of Beds – 10 beds plus 4 overflow beds, 1 trauma room, two pods, 1 consult room
- Number of Staff – 42
- Type of staff: RN, LVN, PARAMEDIC
- Day Shift – 4 to 5 RNs
- Mid Shifts are 11A-11P, 1A-1P or 3P-3A
- Night Shift – 4 RNs, 1 -3 mids til 1AM or 3AM depends on volume
- Type of equipment: cardiac monitors, portal BP, scales, Stryker beds, point of care testing
- EMR – MEDITECH
- Permanent Positions on Unit Available? (Y/N) – Yes
- Typical procedures performed on unit(s): moderate sedation, LP, I/D, ortho reduction, resp. / HFNC protocal, laceration repair

Unit Specific Information
- Dress Code: NAVY BLUE SCRUBS

- Possibility of floating to NICU on occasion and other women’s services (PICU, PED MED SURG, NICU, MOTHER BABY, POST PARTUM, L/D ADULT ED)
