Certification Details
- Clinical Program Coordinator (RN) Mon-Fri 8 hour shifts 0830-1700 unless an observed holiday for the week which closes the ambulatory areas.
- Duties to include: Triaging Neurology patient calls via phone and pt portal, Managing the pt portal, Prescription proposals to providers, Complete medication prior authorizations, School, FMLA, Government forms for pt/patient, Coordinate care of Neuro pt, Pt/parent education (some face-to-face in the clinic when required).
