- TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course [Preferred, not required for ER and Peds ER]
- Tech Cert Verification - National
- Acknowledgement of PassFail Testing [Required for ALL RNs except Case Managers]
- State License - Copy of Professional License [Required for all RRTs & Phlebotomists]
- State License 1 Verification
- NPI Number [If candidate has one]
- Certification (Miscellaneous) [Required for Behavioral Health units]
- Pass/Fail Testing (EKG/Medication) [Required for ALL RNs]
- Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam [Required for Children’s hospital system]
- Competency Exam [Required annually, must score 80% or higher]
Certification Details
- Specialty: Registered Nurse
- No Thanksgiving or Christmas RTO allowed, and no RTO during the week of Christmas. Must work 2 out of 3 holidays.
- Prefers at least 1 travel assignment, however will consider 1st timer if strong experience
- Must be willing to get flu shot when requested
- Unit Summary: High acuity unit seeing injury, respiratory failure, shock, multi system failure, poisonings, near drowning, meningitis, post op cardiac surgical care, neurosurgery. Functions at the Standard Level of nursing practice.

Job Details
- CA license
- 2 full years of recent independent PICU experience (PICU experience must be within the last year)
- Willing to float between units (CVPICU & NICU)
- BLS
- PALS
- Experience in: Ventilators, multiple monitors, specifically CVP and EKG.
Job Requirements
- Shift: 3x12 variable - must be flexible to work days or nights
- Ratio: 1:1-2
