- Unit Profile: Hospital: Research Psychiatric Center – SAGE
- Number of Beds: 10
- Patient Ratios: 2 RN + 2 MHT adjusted for census and acuity
- Unit staffing description: 2 MHT adjusted for census/acuity. 1 Recreational therapist Mon-Fri. Social work present 7 days a week.
- Type of equipment: Lifts as necessary
- Documentation system: Does not need Meditech training; they use a different program at Cass Regional
- Patient Experience requirements: Prefer psych experience
- Unit has great staffing ratios, tenured employees who give excellent patient care.
- Experienced and helpful team, director, and nurse manager oversight, small community, flexibility with schedule however require every other weekend commitment.
