Medication administration, daily physical assessment, wound care, IV administration, education (Patient/family/caregiver), tube feeding, assist patient with ADLs and mobility.Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.)IV pumps, computerized charting, medication systems, Ceiling lifts, orthotics/braces.Required skills and minimum years of experience.Basic Life Support, Current RN license, no minimum experience requiredSpecific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc)BLS Floating to other units/departments. (If so, to which units/departments?)Yes, if needed. (nursing only) 4-5Dress us about the unit/department specific training and orientation program.The Asante Inpatient Rehabilitation Center features all the latest equipment, a patient dining room, filled with nursing staff and therapists to meet patient s needs. The unit provides care for hospitalized patients needing specialized intensive physical rehabilitation following an injury, illness or surgery. We have our own doctor and PA on site. Our own social worker, discharge planner, and therapists here within our unit (PT/OT/SLP). We have our own gym for patients to perform therapy in daily. Additional : Will be asked to float as needed OR RN license required for starting; Will request temp license if needed36-hours guaranteed. 48-hour guarantee can be requested; OT billed after 48 hours 12 hours non-billable orientation for first work weekGuaranteed hours will not apply during orientation24 hours non-billable customer call off per 13 weeks.
