- Must have: RN, 2 years RN/PCT, experience preferred but not required
- Preferred or nice to have: ACLS nurses, CPR PCT

- Shifts: All shifts, 24/7
- Weekends: Every other

- The purpose of a unit profile is to help provide an exceptional understanding of the unit
- Profiles will include location, number of beds, patient ratios, and other unique details to assist recruiting professional in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff
- General Information about the unit(s): Number of Beds - Float pool, Number of Staff, Patient Ratios, Type of equipment, EMR – Meditech
- Typical hiring profile: Skill Set Most recruited for (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters), Typical procedures performed on units, Awards/Recognition
- Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment: Consider items such as new equipment or technology, tenure and experience of staff, schedule options, etc.
Unit Specific Information
- Best personality Fit: Able to float from one unit to another daily
- Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire
