Hillside , Wichita, Ks 67214 Floor: 9 th Building: 4 General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds -29 Number of Staff – 8 Type of staff: Day Shift –5 RNs, 3 Patient Care Tech s Night Shift - 5 RNs, 3 Patient Care Tech s Patient Ratios – 1:6 - Estimated ratios, not guaranteed Type of equipment –PCA Pumps ; IV pumps EMR -Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. BLS Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. List typical procedures performed on unit(s): C entral lines; Medication drips Best personality Fit: Positive Attitude/Engaged ; Independent; Strong critical thinking skills Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
