Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Stepdown in ED
Shift: Days, 7a-7:30p, 12x3, 36 hours per week, Every other weekend
Length: 13 weeks
Call Requirements: No standing “on call” requirement. Rarely may be placed on call or floated if low patient volume.
Requirements:
- IN License
- 2+ years of experience
- Must have IV Medicated gtts, Tracheostomy experience, Ventilator, bipap, cpcp, high flow oxygen delivery devices, Unit performs their own phlebotomy and IV sticks
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIHSS recommended preferred
- ICU/Critical Care experience recommended preferred
- EMR: Epic
- Patient Ratios: 1:4 – 1:5 Depending on Acuity
- Must be willing to float within hospital and/or up to 25 miles from facility
- Number of Beds: 8-10 Beds assigned to admitted patients holding in ED for either Step-Down or MS units
