Job Description:
Supplemental Health Care is seeking a Occupational Therapist in Brenham, Texas for a contract assignment at a partnering supported living center. Occupational Therapist Contract Details:
- $1,720 - $1,882 per week*
- 13-week contract with possibility of extension
- Rehab
- Supported living center
- This is a group home setting
- Heavy Med Pass
- Duties can include: food prep, light housekeeping and laundry
- Patient acuity may vary by location
- AM shift available
- Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Occupational Therapist services at the facility
- Ensures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers

Requirements:
- Texas Occupational Therapist License
- AHA BLS
- 1 year of experience as a Occupational Therapist
- Rehab experience preferred
