Supplemental Health Care is hiring Occupational Therapist to work at a partnering skilled nursing facility in Mountain View, California. We bring more than 30 years of experience and a reputation for excellence to every healthcare professional we support.
Occupational Therapist Contract Details:
- $2,080 - $2,318 per week*
- 25-week contract with possibility of extension
- Skilled Nursing Facility
- Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Occupational Therapist services at the facility
- Ensures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers

Requirements:
- Active Occupational Therapist Licensure/Certification in California
- American Heart Association BLS
- At least 1-year of experience as a Occupational Therapist
- Prior experience in an SNF preferred
