Occupational Therapist - Skilled - (OT)
StartDate: 11/4/2024 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1842.00 - $2122.00
OT needed asap for 13 weeks Shift: 7:30a – 4p • Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 • Weekend Hours: 7:30a - 4p Years of Experience: >1 year Must Have Skills/Experience: IRF or SNF experience required Required Education: OTR Equipment: EKSO, InMotion UE Robotic, Body weight support • EHR: UDS and Epic Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Geriatric, adult, peds (no younger than 13) Common Diagnosis/Treatment: neuro, ortho, debility, cardiac, etc • Personality Fit: strong teamwork, communication, work ethic and responsibility • Scrub Color: black • Who to ask for upon arrival: Dalton Burke, Director of Therapy or Beth Schmitz, Therapy Manager • Parking: Front Lot
