Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) in California at Barton Healthcare Staffing

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and test patients' physical and mental abilities to develop rehabilitation goals

• Manage medical treatment for upper extremity conditions, including chronic conditions like arthritis and neurological issues such as strokes

• Consult with the rehabilitation team to select appropriate activity programs and coordinate therapy with other therapeutic activities

• Supervise a part-time hand therapist and manage a full caseload independently

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience, with a preference for candidates experienced in hand therapy

• National Certification as a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT)

• State certification as an Occupational Therapist with Physical Agent Modality and Hand Therapy
