A skilled nursing facility SNF in Fresno, CA is looking for a dedicated Skilled Nursing Facility SNF Occupational Therapist OT to join their team for a 13 - week contract with the possibility to extend

Responsibilities of a Skilled Nursing Facility SNF Occupational Therapist OT:
• Plan, develop, and conduct occupational therapy programs
• Test and evaluate patients' physical and mental abilities
• Analyze medical data to determine rehabilitation goals for patients
• Consult with rehabilitation team to select activity programs
• Coordinate occupational therapy with other therapeutic activities
• Assessing the need for and recommending potential home modifications and safety equipment to reduce
• Teaching residents with low vision how to maximize their remaining vision and enhance safety through new techniques and technology
• Documentation is completed in a timely, complete, legible, concise and accurate manner
• New grads and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply - We will support you through this transition
