**Job Description:**

- Perform State License Verification
- Provide Resume and Three References
- Complete Background Checks:
- County Criminal (last 7 years for all counties lived and worked)
- Federal Criminal (last 7 years or more)
- Multi-State Criminal Search (last 7 years or more)
- Nationwide Sex Offender Search (last 7 years or more)
- Conduct HHS/OIG Search
- Conduct GSA Search
- Run Social Security Number Trace
- Complete 1 Step PPD or Quantiferon Test, or Provide Proof of Positive PPD and Chest X-Ray
- Perform SAM Search
- Obtain Virginia State Police Background Check
- Fill Mandated Reporter Form
- Submit a Sworn Statement
- Position has normal urgency and does not require bilingual skills
