Shift: 5x8 7A- 5:30P//Required: Proof of COVID & FLU vaccination or Declination forms MUST be provided at time of candidate submittal//Please note: LVHN requires a full Hep B series (3 doses) or positive Hep B antibody documentation//ON CALL: 1 day per week (m-th) 5:30p-7a, Every 4th weekend Fri 5:30p-Mon 7a//Certifications - Required: AHA BLS - Basic Life Support Certificate//ARRT//1+ year of experience in Interventional Radiology including Neuro Interventional Experience.
