Collaboration: Work collaboratively with healthcare providers to develop and implement medication therapy management plans, resolving medication-related issues as needed.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control, including ordering, stocking, and managing medications and supplies to ensure a seamless pharmacy operation.
Regulatory Compliance: Maintain compliance with all federal and state pharmacy laws and regulations, ensuring accurate record-keeping and documentation.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance measures and participate in pharmacy audits to enhance medication safety and operational efficiency.
Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications
Education: Relevant education in pharmacy practice or pharmaceutical sciences.
Licensure: Current pharmacy license in good standing; ability to obtain licensure in multiple states is preferred.
