Requirements:

• CO License
• 2 Years’ Experience
• Hospital pharmacist experience
• Successfully completed NAPLEX required
• BCLS
• Pharmacy residency experience- PGY1 preferred
• Board certification, Ie: BCPS preferred

EMR - Meditech
Number of Beds - 504
Type of equipment - Vigilanz clinical pharmacist workflow, Dose Edge cleanroom equipment and software
