Reviewing and executing physician’s prescriptions checking their appropriateness and legality Organizing the pharmacy in an efficient manner to make the identification of products easier and faster. Required Experience: Vancomycin, aminoglycoside, warfarin, heparin dosing Medication order verifications IV product verifications Renal Dose adjustments, IV to PO Conversions. Critical Care Experience NICU Experience REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: •Texas Pharmacist License •IV Certificate
