• NJ License
• 2 years experience
• Experience in ICU and Antibiotic stewardship
• Successfully completed NAPLEX
• Epic, Pyxis, and I-vents experience
• BLS
• ACLS
• PharmD
• BCPS preferred
• Pharmacy One Source experience preferred
