Job DetailsThe Pharmacist Staff - Retail Pharmacy ensures medications are procured, prepared, dispensed, and administered safely and legally.Proficient in pharmacy practice including but not limited to the following areas: Retail dispensing, Home health aids.Performs and supervises pharmaceutical compounding activities.Provides clinical pharmacy services, including medical history collection, therapeutic drug monitoring, pharmacokinetic dosing consultations, drug information and education.Participates in and follows standards of departmental quality control and quality assurance programs.Oversees inventory control activities such as monitoring inventory levels, ordering, receiving, stocking and shipping.Supervises pharmacy interns and technicians.Input and process prescriptionsCorrect prescriptionsCounsel patientsAdminister vaccines.Perform other related duties as needed.
