IV experience and EPIC is Preferred.Required:Licensure as Pharmacist by NYSDegree or major in Pharmacy.Knowledge normally acquired through completion of a BS Degree plus up to one year of post-degree course work and/or an internship and less than a year of previous experience.Provides and compounds prescribed medications, drug, IV mixtures, and other pharmaceutical.
