Shift: Variable D/E/N, 8x5, 40hrs per week, will work 8 weekends per contract
Length: 26 weeks
The two primary shifts needed for this traveler will be 7a-3:30p & 2:30p-11p
Requirements:
- IL license
- Minimum 3 years' experience
- Open to 1-2 years experience with strong critical care/ED experience
- Inpatient / Acute care experience required
- Required Dosing Skills/Experience: Anticoagulants, Cardiac dosing, Clinical dosing, Geriatric dosing, High risk medications, Pediatric dosing, Pharmacokinetic dosing, Psychotherapeutic Management, Renal dosing, Therapeutic med monitoring
- Pyxis experience required
- Critical Care Clinical Pharmacist experience required
- BCPS, BLS, Board Certified
- Successfully completed NAPLEX required

- Scrub Color: We allow business casual or personal scrubs (any color) for our Pharmacy Technicians. Hospital scrubs will be provided when required of the role the technician is working in

The two primary shifts needed for this traveler will be 0700 – 1530 & 1430 – 2300.Years of experience REQ: Minimum 3 years' experience required. Open to 1-2yr exp with strong critical care/ED experience.First-timers accepted: Yes.Weekend REQ: Will work 8 weekends per contract.Certs REQ: BCPS, BLS, Board Certified, and State License required.Is on-call REQ? No.Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No.Open to accommodating block schedule? Discuss schedule requests with manager.Locals accepted: Yes- no radius.IL state license required to apply OR must have active application with ETA.Guaranteed Hours: Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours. If Client cancels more hours than permitted by this section, Client will be billed for any shifts or portions thereof cancelled in excess of this section. If Candidates are placed on-call in lieu of being called off, that will count as a called-off shift.Special Requirements: Inpatient / Acute care experience required.
