o Day Shift IV room pharmacist, 2 central pharmacists, 1 satellite OR pharmacist, 3 rounding ICU pharmacists, 2 med surg pharmacists, oncology pharmacist, ID pharmacist
o Night Shift IV room pharmacist, 2 central pharmacists, 1 satellite OR pharmacist, ED pharmacist
Patient Ratios N/A
Type of equipment - Vigilanz clinical pharmacist workflow, Dose Edge cleanroom equipment and software
EMR - meditech
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
Colorado pharmacist license
Hospital pharmacist experience
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Pharmacy residency experience- PGY1
Board certification, Ie: BCPS
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
Order verification, medication dispensing and verification
Communication with nursing, providers and pharmacy staff
