2 years of hospital experience req. Must have 2 years of true hospital pharmacy experience of like size (250 census). Must have experience with Vanco AUC dosing EMR: EPIC, Lexicomp, Baxter IQ BLS, RPH, Covid card required. AZ Pharmacist License required. VL- 3
