Qualification Requirements:
- Minimum of twelve (12) months relevant experience within the last thirty-six (36) months
- Experience providing outpatient pharmacist services
- Pharmacist license must remain current and unrestricted throughout the contract term
- Certifications such as ACLS and/or PALS are preferred
- Responsibilities include providing outpatient pharmacist services to customers in compliance with relevant guidelines, documents, and regulations
