Pharmacist - Acute - (Pharma / Pharm)
StartDate: 10/21/2024 Available Shifts: 12 N
Pharmacist needed asap 7A-7P / 13 Weeks EMR – MediTech Every other weekend, 12 hrs 7am - 7pm Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. · At least 1 year of hospital pharmacist experience · IV Certification · Texas State Board of Pharmacy License REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: · Texas State Board of Pharmacy License Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. · MediTech · Pyxis · OnBase · Vigilanz · NICU Experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): · Verify/enter orders · Manage pharmacy and pharmacy technician · Respond to clinical alerts in Vigilanz as time allows Best personality Fit: · Someone who prefers autonomy and multi-tasking, with a good customer service understanding Scrub Color/Attire - Navy Blue
Required Qualifications
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
· At least 1 year of hospital pharmacist experience
· IV Certification
· Texas State Board of Pharmacy License
