**Job Description:**
- Work as part of a team of 55 pharmacy department employees
- Collaborate with 2 Clinical Pharmacists and 2 Pharmacy Technicians during night shifts
- Utilize equipment such as PyxisES, DoseEdge, KitCheck, Vigilanz, OnBase, and Medex EMR systems, including Meditech
- Perform typical procedures, including medication order verification and dosing consults for various medications
- Engage in antimicrobial and opioid stewardship
- Follow automatic protocols like IV to PO conversions and renal dosing adjustments
- Cultivate a team-oriented, positive, and collaborative atmosphere
- Preferred candidates will have critical care and NICU experience, pharmacy residency, or board certification
