Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - PT - Outpatient Rehab Shift: Variable Days, 8a-5p Monday-Thursday and Friday 7a or 8a to 12pm, 36 hrs per week, Mon-Fri
Length: 13 Weeks
Requirements:

• VT License
• 2 years CURRENT PT experience 
• AHA BLS
• Must have VERTIGO experience (LSVT BIG Certification preferred)
• Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy 
• Previous Rehab Experience 
• Previous travel experience 
• CPSI EMR experience highly preferred
• Previous experience working with PTA's preferred

Must be flexible - Will need to work Inpatient PT as neededWill not consider any traveler who resides within 50 miles of facility
