Supplemental Health Care is working with a Long Term Acute Care facility in Evansville, Indiana to hire Physical Therapists. Contract Details:

• $1,746 – $1,930 per week*
• 13-week contract with possibility of extension
• Long Term Acute Care facility
• Physical Therapist will provide PT treatment and patient care according to facility guidelines.
• Physical Therapist will need to have effective communication skills for working with patients, their families, and other caregivers.
• Physical Therapist may be asked to delegate and supervise physical therapist assistants and technicians.

Requirements:

• Current Physical Therapy licensure in Indiana
• Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
• Minimum 1-year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and facility personnel
