Supplemental Health Care is hiring Physical Therapists to work at a partnering outpatient clinic in Fayetteville, Georgia. We bring more than 30 years of experience and a reputation for excellence to every healthcare professional we support.

Physical Therapist Contract Details:

• $1,820 – $2,013 per week*
• 12-week contract with possibility of extension
• Outpatient Clinic setting
• Physical Therapists will provide PT treatment and patient care according to clinic guidelines.

Requirements:

• Current Physical Therapy licensure in Georgia
• Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
• At least 1 year of recent outpatient experience
