Physical Therapist needed for home health setting surrounding the Springfield, MA area.
13 weeks
Springfield and surrounding areas including into Westfield, Palmer , Ludlow but not limited to these areas
6 weighted visits per day
20-100 age range treatments range from general HEP, fall risk, orthopedic, total joint replacements, stroke.
