Physical Therapist / PT
Traveler position
Outpatient
Outpatient orthopedic patients from age 10 to geriatric. A variety of diagnoses seen. Special Requirements: Geriatrics Neurology Orthopedics Sport Medicine Outpatient Clinic.
The PT may also see an occasional inpatient with diagnoses of weakness or s/p TKA THA or abdominal surgery.
1 year of outpatient experience required
13 weeks, possible extension
Shift: 5x8s 8a-4:30p and 8:30a-5p, no weekends
36 hours guaranteed, working up to 40 hours
Waupun, Wisconsin
Wisconsin license or compact eligible required
