Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation - (PT - Rehab)
StartDate: 10/21/2024 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2002.00 - $2306.00
PT needed asap • Required Certifications: none. OK license • Years of Experience: 2 Must Have Skills/Experience: rehab experience Required Education: PT or PTA license Equipment: lift and SPH equipment, vector, biodex balance, bioness L300 EHR: UDS/epic Preferred Skillset/Experience: understanding of quality indicators, GG code Common Diagnosis/Treatment: CVA, amputee, ortho, back surgeries, BI/SDH/SDA Personality Fit: organized, fast—paced, develops good rapport with patients and a variety of staff Scrub Color: black Parking: first day will be at front entrance; once badged, can enter through back/employee entrance
