Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,190 to $2,258 per week in Union Township, NJ at Pioneer Healthcare Services

Responsibilities: 

• Providing personal assistance, medical attention, emotional support, and other personal care to residents 
• Conduct physical assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient progress.  
• Maintain patient records, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and use therapeutic equipment to assist in-patient rehabilitation 
• Educate residents on exercises and recovery strategies, and assess and address physical problems. 

Qualifications: 

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy 
• Must have an active Physical Therapist PT license 
• Current BLS / CPR Certification
