FOR ATI - CLN will be required to complete some documentations directly with ATI outside of AMNs clearance packet before being cleared by ATI to start their assignment FOR ATI - MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE PERM LICENSE . can START with compact but MUST get PERM right away ACTIVE LICENSE ?
