Responsibilities of a School Physical Therapist PT: Reviewing students medical history Developing individualized treatment plans for students Educating students and family members about the recovery process Develops and implements individualized therapy programs for qualifying students Supervises physical therapist assistants Travels between locations where students require services Adapts, fabricates and maintains specialized equipment required for therapy services or student needs New grads and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply - We will support you through this transition Grade level Pre K - High School 2024 - 2025 school year Documentation is completed in a timely, complete, legible, concise and accurate manner
