Responsibilities of a Home Health HH Physical Therapist PT: "* Traveling to different home care settings * Creating individualized treatment plans that can be carried out at home * Outlining treatment goals and methods to be used * Assessing patients and monitoring their progress * Using techniques like functional training, exercise, medication, diet changes, and specialized equipment * Meet all productivity standards and requirements daily * Must have a clean driving record to apply * 40 hours guaranteed * 13-week assignment * Submit all billing logs and necessary information on a timely basis * New grads and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply - We will support you through this transition"
