Travel Physical Therapist (PT) in California at Barton Healthcare Staffing

Job Details

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of outpatient experience preferred

• Valid California Physical Therapist license

Schedule:

• 26-week assignment

• Starting immediately

• 8a - 5p shifts from Mondays - Fridays

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, and supervise patient treatment based on physician referrals

• Review patient programs and make recommendations regarding the need for continued therapy

• Manage a patient load of 10-12 patients per shift

Additional Information:

• Facility details: Skilled nursing facility with a staff mix including PTAs and clerks

• Patient population: Middle-aged adults (39-64 years) and older adults (64 years and up)

• EMR system: Cerner
