- Provide outpatient therapy services
- Manage patient caseload effectively, seeing 12-14 patients per day
- Meet productivity expectations of 60 visits per week
- Responsible for double-booking follow-up visits when necessary
- Focus primarily on outpatient coverage
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care
- Must obtain approval for working additional hours beyond the regular schedule from the director
