Job Description:
- Implement patient rehabilitation programs to enhance mobility, function, and strength.
- Evaluate and treat patients with physical therapy and rehabilitation programs.
- Utilize Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems for evaluations, reports, and discharge summaries.
- Supervise PT Assistants and Aides in all aspects of patient care.
- Communicate effectively with physicians and team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Document patient charts accurately and manage follow-up with prescriptions, test results, and authorizations.
- Assist with business marketing and referral processes as needed.
- Adhere to HIPAA policies and procedures to protect patient privacy.
- Maintain familiarity with billing policies involving Medicare, work-comp, and other payment methods.
- Stay physically active to assist patients with mobility, transfers, and walking safety.
- Participate in Company privacy training and communicate privacy policies effectively.
Note: This position involves physical demands such as walking, sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving

The work environment is an outpatient/rehabilitation clinic setting, with no travel expected.
