**Must-Have:** Ability to travel to multiple points of care
**Job Description:**
- Evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions affecting physical mobility or functional independence.
- Provide acute and swing bed rehabilitation services.
- Offer outpatient services, including sports and orthopedic therapy, pediatric rehabilitation, neurological and stroke rehabilitation, balance and dizziness therapy, wheelchair seating assessments, and neck, back, and extremity care.
- Participate in a team-oriented environment focused on patient-centered care.
- Utilize EMR system EPIC for patient documentation and care planning.
- Flexibility to cover holiday shifts as needed.
