**Job Description:**
- Evaluate posture, gait, balance, coordination, and strength to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Aim to help patients regain mobility and independence.
- Work to improve patient independence with daily tasks, such as standing up from a chair or climbing stairs.
- Lead, guide, and direct the delivery of physical therapy services in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Ensure adherence to established facility policies and procedures to provide appropriate care and services to residents.
